Privacy notice
If we've emailed you about your business, this page explains where we found your details, what we do with them, and how to make us stop. To opt out, reply "no thanks" to any of our emails, or email shaarv@alnaslhq.com. You'll never hear from us again.
Who we are
Alnasl is run by Shaarven Gaikwad, trading as Alnasl, who is the controller of your personal data. Contact: shaarv@alnaslhq.com.

What we collect, and where it comes from

We only contact companies, at work addresses. We don't collect personal email addresses, and we don't buy contact lists.
What we use it for, and why we're allowed to
We use these details to contact businesses that may want to buy from our clients, or from us, and to handle replies. If you agree to a meeting, we share your name, company and contact details with the company you've agreed to meet.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: business-to-business contact about products relevant to your business. We keep emails short and relevant, contact each person only a few times, and stop immediately if you object.
Who else handles your data
We use these service providers to run Alnasl. They process data on our instructions:
- Google Workspace: our email
- Instantly: sending our emails and tracking replies
- Anthropic: AI that helps research public company information and draft emails, which a person then checks
- MillionVerifier: checking that an email address exists before we write to it
- Cloudflare: hosting this website
Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there. We rely on the providers' own safeguards for international transfers, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
If you don't reply, we delete your details 12 months after our last email. If we have a conversation, we keep the record for as long as it's relevant. If you opt out, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list, so we can make sure we never contact you again.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing, and we'll stop as soon as you ask. To use any of these rights, email shaarv@alnaslhq.com.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
